In order to achieve the goals of the anti-spam legislation, CPG will ensure to act in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation. To enable compliance, commercial electronic messages (including email marketing messages) will be actively distributed only to the individuals that have provided their expressed consent by submitting their personal information via a web form.CPG preserves its rights to send commercial electronic messages to the groups of individuals that have not provided their expressed consent in the case when we have a pre-existing business relationship with the individual as in these particular cases consent is considered to be implied
7. On-line Orders, and Payments ProcessWhen you place an order with CPG, some of your personal information is collected and stored on our servers. You will choose a password, which we will use to protect your account's privacy. Should you forget your password, just follow the prompt to receive a new one. During the check-out process, we will collect payment information, your billing and shipping addresses and information on the products you wish to purchase. Individuals that “Unsubscribe” from receiving emails from CPG, and/or Partners and Associates will be automatically removed from any further communications and their expressed consent will be considered revoked as of that date. 9. Social Media UsageCPG use of social media serves as an extension of our presence on the Web. Social media accounts are public and are not hosted on our servers. Users who choose to interact with us via social media should read the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party service providers and those of any applications used to access them. CPG uses Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Google. Personal information that you provide to us via social media accounts is collected to capture conversations between you and the CPG. It may be used to respond to inquiries, or for statistical, evaluation and reporting purposes. Comments posted that violate Canadian laws will be deleted and disclosed to law enforcement authorities.
